This isn’t just a redevelopment. It’s a bold vision, reimagining the past to shape the future. Designed by Waugh Thistleton Architects, the 20-acre site is set to become a collaborative campus for forward-thinking organisations in the renewable energy space, offering an environment built for progress, creativity and community.
To support this transformation, we were brought on to create a suite of compelling CGIs that bring the vision to life and help attract future tenants. These visuals needed to do more than showcase architectural detail, they had to capture the lifestyle, purpose and energy of the space.
Our approach combined drone surveys with on-site visits to explore textures, materials and structural details, ensuring absolute accuracy and a grounded visual narrative. With much of the original architecture retained, preserving the site’s historic character was key. Every CGI was crafted to reflect not only the aesthetic and design intent, but also the sense of place and potential that this unique regeneration project represents.
For prospective tenants, these images are more than a preview—they’re an invitation to imagine a new base of operations in a landmark built for the next generation.
