For those who live in or have visited rural Norfolk, its architectural vernacular is unmistakable. A splendid mix of stone, brick, tiles, and historical features defines the region.

Our founder previously collaborated with the client to create their brand world, developing a deep connection between the region, materials, and design style, reflected in the company name, 'Ashlar' - a type of heritage stone masonry.

This visual design system ensures brand consistency, a tailored identity for specific schemes, and echoes the region where we build.
In a pristine corner of Norfolk’s picturesque countryside, Laurel Farm Barns offers six spacious, private homes through a bespoke conversion and new build development.

We examined the existing architectural features, identifying key areas to inspire the brand creation.
The logo is traced from the existing cast stone window surrounds of the Farm House, forming a modern, contemporary visual asset.
