The beautifully transformed private residences at Beeston Hall Farm Barns are nestled in the picturesque Beeston Regis, North Norfolk.

Surrounded by secluded rural landscapes and horse pastures, we were inspired to sketch what we observed. Horses help us connect with nature's beauty, a daily experience for residents here.

From initial sketches to refinement, we aimed to capture graceful movement and motion, using a singular stroke technique to highlight fluidity and majesty. As we developed and refined the brand, we extended the design system to create a larger patterned asset for greater flexibility.

We paired it with an elegant, high-contrast serif typeface featuring unique terminals, echoing the master brand's style for cohesive site identity.

While primarily a digital brand, we introduced a subtle texture to mimic material tactility, complemented by a contemporary pastel palette.

When combined with supporting written copy and bespoke photography that introduces the viewer to surrounding beauty; the marketing materials become a powerful tool that showcase just how special this development is.

Static PDFs are an industry staple, but considering printed brochures are less frequently produced it is important that the buyer still makes a connection with the marketing materials, (replacing the 'coffee table convincer' with a static PDF is a challenge).

We created an online brochure in addition to the standard PDF format, enabling hyperlinks for easier navigation from site plan to floor plan, Google Map travel times and links to Savill's sales platforms for that all important user journey ecosystem.
