DRA was created to offer expert consultancy across land acquisition, planning guidance and new home development. But it needed an identity that could carry decades of experience while confidently stepping into a new space — something that would resonate with property developers, estate agents, councils and private clients alike.

We were approached to bring that vision to life — to design a brand that was visually striking, personally meaningful, and strategically aligned to its audience.

The logo design plays a pivotal role. Its bold, geometric form subtly nods to the structured world of property, while symbolising partnership — two entities working together toward a shared goal. This duality reflects the consultancy dynamic that sits at the core of DRA’s service offering.

The orange-and-black palette commands attention without sacrificing professionalism, while the choice of typography is deliberate: strong, modern and clear. It reflects the founder’s direct approach — offering insight without ego, and guidance backed by experience.
