Our task was to design a series of computer-generated images showcasing each home, emphasising the distinctive charm of Laurel Farm Barns.
Given the heritage renovation, the project involved navigating complex angles and vistas. We used an aerial CGI montage to highlight the mature woodland and rural setting, doubling as a wayfinding graphic for marketing materials.
From drone planning to on-site material and texture discovery, each visit allowed us to collect precise information for our team to use in the CGI creations, aligning with the material schedule and elevations provided by the client.
Internally, we developed a detailed mood board and custom-designed furniture models.
The outcome was a series of accurate CGIs, serving as sales tools and guidance for potential off-plan buyers.
