QuidSi — Latin for “What if” — was founded on a bold question: how can Norwich’s workspaces evolve to better reflect modern life? The ambition was to challenge traditional co-working, shaping a place where productivity and wellbeing flow seamlessly together.

At NICHE, we partnered with the founders to define QuidSi’s positioning, mission, and values through a mix of bespoke quantitative and qualitative research.
This strategy anchored the creative, ensuring the brand reflected not only a physical space but also a cultural lens for the city: championing balance, community, and independent local businesses.
The visual identity was built on contrast and harmony. A firmly rooted serif wordmark with assertive shaping was softened with rounded forms for a more approachable tone.
A vibrant, positive colour palette ensures recognition and impact, complemented by a softer pastel set for flexibility across touchpoints. An emblem, crafted from the logotype itself, provides a shorthand mark for use across communications and membership materials.


To bring the QuidSi concept to life, we expanded the toolkit:
Visual assets that toggle between “work” and “play” to symbolise effortless balance. Photography treatments that celebrate Norwich’s culture and energy. Digital applications, including an app interface designed to move smoothly from booking meeting rooms to accessing wellness sessions.
The result is a bold, recognisable brand that flexes across mediums and messaging. QuidSi is more than a workspace; it’s a movement that asks “what if work could work better?”
