Site Plan
With 69 mixed-tenure homes designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers, the brief was to create a brand that resonated locally while reflecting the quality of build and the aspirations of its audience.
The site name provided the perfect starting point. Inspired by St Mary’s Church, whose soaring spire, second in height only to Norwich Cathedral, has long served as a landmark for sailors in The Wash. The brand identity captures this iconic silhouette. A contemporary interpretation of the spire is paired with a mirrored reflection, symbolising the village’s close relationship with the nearby Norfolk coast.
A hand-scribed script for the site name adds a personal, rustic touch, while the colour palette draws from local cues, from muted heritage tones to a vibrant orange inspired by Snettisham’s renowned sunsets.
Our creative delivery extended beyond the brand. A bespoke CGI site plan integrates seamlessly into the digital brochure, allowing users to explore the development interactively from site plan to individual house types.

For photography, we set out to showcase the area’s natural charm, just minutes from the North Norfolk coastline.
From ground level to sweeping aerial perspectives, our imagery captures the breadth of the landscape: white sand beaches, winding marshes, and traditional staithes, all within easy reach of Spires.
